Raptor XR Robotic Load Former

The RAPTOR automatically builds patterned units from bundles. Incoming individual bundles are grabbed by the end of arm tool and positioned onto the stripper plate of a new or existing load former. The LOADMASTER or Modular LOADMASTER stripper plate cycles normally to place the layer on the load. When the desired layer count is reached, the load discharges automatically.

The RAPTOR produces great load quality and can automatically insert both tie sheets and bottom sheets. The system sets up automatically.  Operators have more time for quality control.  The robot arm can be parked to allow for traditional LOADMASTER operation.
